Sue Gunselman
Sue Gunselman has been serving Lancaster County for over 26 years! Sue and her husband Dave have two daughters, Lauren & Jenna and currently live in Ephrata. Sue has been a "native" of Ephrata, Lancaster County since 1956 and received her sales associate license in 1984 and has been selling Real Estate actively since then. Sue enjoys golfing, the beach, traveling, and summer flower gardening. Sue, Dave and their 2 college-aged daughters reside in Ephrata.
Since licensed, Sue has been involved in numerous subdivisions as a listing agent and a developer/partner- "Snyder Acres", Denver; "Heatherwood Heights", Ephrata; "Maplewood Heights", Ephrata; "Chapel Gate", Reinholds; "Cloverbrook Village", Ephrata; "BonView Estates", Denver; "The Meadows At Adamstown", Adamstown; and currently "Brookview Estates" In Adamstown. Through these and many other "re-sales", Sue has gained experience in marketing and selling a large variety of all types of homes, investment and commercial properties, as well as land.

Susan was born & raised in Ephrata. In 2004, she became a full-time licensed Realtor & has sold numerous homes in Lancaster County.
